OUTSTANDING!!!

I just recently was a guest there, early May. Unfortunately, I could not take advantage of the beautiful spa, exercise room larger than I imagined,indoor and outdoor pools and spas and other activities because I was in Vail for knee surgery at the Steadman Clinic. All of the staff were helpful, courteous and very friendly. The room(suite) we had was roomy and very comfortable and clean. Bathroom with double sinks, heated floor, extra large tub and easy walk-in shower were perfect, nice big thick towels and robes and slippers. Room was quite too. So conveniently located in Vail as well as close to the hospital/clinic. A real bonus is that they offered shuttle service to and from the clinic which was so helpful. And they had a wheelchair right there at the entrance when I return from surgery. When we requested ice for the icing of my knee it was promptly delivered. Ludwig's breakfast buffet was delish. Bully's Ranch restaurant had prompt service and great food as well (25%off the bill, as it was the off season). Certainly beats staying in the hospital and if you are recuperating after surgery nice digs! Only one little hiccup, we had called for breakfast room service and had to call back twice but once our order was taken it was promptly brought to us. Not sure if they weren't as busy since it is the off season but regardless, the service was OUTSTANDING!!! I highly recommend staying here especially if you are having surgery.
